Glasgow East End Community Carers Carers Hub provides health and wellbeing sessions for unpaid carers.
The Tai Chi sessions involve standing exercises to improve mobility, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Including warms-ups, Qi Gong exercises and Tai Chi related movements, the exercises are suitable for all ages from 16 and above, and for all levels of fitness and physical health.These gentle and flowing exercises not only improve general health and well-being but also encourage calmness and mental relaxation.
